DELIVERY
CZI Swimwear is created in very limited editions and delivered to your exclusive place by tracked delivery. Time to delivery is expected to approximately 10 business days.
EUROPE (incl. Switzerland and United-Kingdom)
Our delivery is tracked door-to-door. Free UK, Swiss and EU Delivery on Orders above EUR/GBP/CHF 250. As the importer of goods into the EU, the Customer is required to pay any such customs, duties and local taxes at the time of delivery.  
Other countries
For orders outside of the EU, customs, duties and local taxes may apply to the order. Any customs, duties and local taxes payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding addresses.

RETURNS
Made-to-measure orders and bespoke creations are not refundable as specially created for you.
Other orders may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date provided the items must not have been worn and must be in their original packaging with the labels still attached. We will proceed your refund upon receipt of your parcel. Refunding may take up to 15 business days to be proceeded  and credited to your account, depending on your bank. Free refunds are offered for products purchased on CZI website for EUCZI offers free returns on orders delivered within Switzerland. Enclosed with your parcel is a booklet where you will find the returns and exchange form, kindly use it if needed (which we hopefully do not expect☺).
